HOW DID INDIA'S FIRST NATIONAL AIRLINES START? HOW INDIAN AVIATION STARTED ? Indian aviation was started when a businessman man named  Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata (J.R.D TATA),  he born into a TATA family of Indians in France he was the son of Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata and his wife named Suzanne Brière . his mother was the first woman to drive a car 1929, When he came to India after completing his education in France. After coming to India in 1932, he got his pilot license and he was the first person to get a pilot license in the country. (J.R.D TATA) (AIR INDIA B-747) He has also founded several industries in India like Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Motors, Titan Industries, Tata Salt, Voltas, and the main AIR INDIA. He received two civilian awards of India Padma Vibhushan and Bharat Ratna These honors were bestowed on him for his contributions to Indian industry.
